The most important thing was that Martin Veselý and I needed help learning not to interfere with Dušan Chlada’s work after he became a new partner in the company and, more importantly, remained the CEO.Finding the right chemistry between us not constantly stepping into his work, while he was able to report to us properly and give us confidence that everything was running smoothly, was a huge and complicated process. And honestly, I think that if Vít Šubert hadn’t managed and guided us through that setup, it wouldn’t have ended well.
