WHAT TO EXPECT

INTENSIVE TRAINING

Over the course of two days, we’ll focus on the practical aspects of building and managing startup growth. Together, we’ll go through how to set solid foundations for scaling your startup.

WORKSHOPS & LECTURES

We’ll focus on sales, marketing, finance, and legal advice tailored specifically for startups. You’ll gain valuable insights and tips on how to plan, execute, and pitch your business ideas successfully — and most importantly, how to avoid common early-stage mistakes that can kill a startup before it even begins.

NETWORKING

You’ll connect with like-minded people from your community and experts in startups and business development who can help guide and support your entrepreneurial journey.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Aspiring entrepreneurs looking for practical advice and know-how to develop their startup.

And existing founders who want to improve their skills and gain new knowledge to grow their startup.

WHAT OUR PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY

Mirka Pivrncová, CEO of Melioro, says:
"That it would be professional was clear. But the fact that everyone here is so open, human, and genuinely trying to connect you and help as much as they can – that’s a huge plus. If you’re thinking about it – go for it, it’s worth it."

Cyril Nešleha, Rendero, adds:
"What surprised me most was the breadth and depth of expertise of all the mentors. And especially Vítek, who oversaw the whole bootcamp – truly top level."

And according to Radek Šitera, founder of Valuo, the Bootcamp is an investment that pays off:
"If you have a good idea and you’re considering investing, go for it. You’ll learn things that can save you a lot of trouble – and maybe even money – in the future."

Jakub Cipra

Sales

Jakub works with startups that want to grow but keep running into reality. He helps them get their business in order, set up a functional sales model, and stop lying to themselves about what actually makes money.

He breaks complexity down to the essentials, calls out problems without sugarcoating, and looks for solutions that work in practice—not on slides. At the Bootcamp, he leads sales. No theory, no excuses. Just real work on what is meant to generate revenue.

Martin Kovalovský

Unicorn Attacks
CRM

Martin has several years of experience in the financial sector, where he learned how critical it is to have everything under control in business—especially customer relationships.

Today, he brings that experience into the world of CRM and shows why this system is essential from a sales perspective—not just as a tool, but as the brain of the business.

At the bootcamp, he’ll show you how CRM can help your startup grow, sell smarter, and never lose visibility.

Jakub Pártl

Sphere
Lawyer

Jakub is a lawyer who helps startups grow without legal roadblocks. He advises founders on setting up cap tables, navigating investment rounds, and negotiating terms that make sense not only legally, but also from a business perspective.

He focuses on M&A, corporate law, IT law, and project financing. He brings years of experience from leading Czech and international law firms, where he has advised both large corporations and fast-growing startups.
