Their mentor and our founder Vítek Šubert describes working with founders Michael Orsava and Karel Juřička as an immediate “click” - no long onboarding phase, just straight to execution. Together, they focused on building the fundamentals needed for scale: strategy, sales, marketing, processes, and go-to-market setup.
This work led to a key milestone: a nearly $2M seed round, helping Webout move into its next growth stage. According to Vítek, the journey included the usual startup highs and lows, but ultimately strengthened the entire team.
Recently, one of the co-founders relocated to Silicon Valley to begin building out the US presence. Weekly in-person meetings have been replaced by hybrid calls, marking the start of Webout’s international phase.
The current focus is clear: scale Webout, establish a strong position in the US market, and build what could become a Czech unicorn — whether valued in billions of dollars or even CZK, the ambition remains the same.
